Of course, Learning & Development is also strongly influenced by the digitalisation. In fact, nobody can really talk about a “real digitalisation” yet. It is much more a “screenisation”- and that’s it. Horrible, how trainers and coaches act in front of a camera and most of training managers have never heard of a Corporate Screen Presence, which is not only a pity but also untapped potential.
